Delivery

Our packaging is sent in recyclable boxes and tape, with your order protected by biodegradable packing peanuts - simply run these under running water and they dissolve in front of you (does not contain traces of actual peanuts!)

Europe and Ireland - £15 by Royal Mail International

USA - £20 via UPS or Royal Mail (If there is a cheaper alternative, the difference will be refunded to you)

Returns

Our standard policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging especially with the Pillow Spray, unopened. Please email your order number, name and reason for return to hello@goodauraco.com

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If it is sent back following the above policy, then your refund will be processed by us within 24 hours of receiving it and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, there is often some processing time before a refund is deposited in the bank after we've sent it. If you still have not received your refund yet 5 days after receiving a notification that we have sent it, please contact us at hello@goodauraco.com

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This does not include if you have purchased an item at the regular price on the website but used a discount code. 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at hello@goodauraco.com with your order number. Please note, we can only accept exchanges on items that have been unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping - Returning Your Items

To return your product, please email hello@goodauraco.com within 14 days of receiving your item to confirm that you would like to return your item. Please email your name, order number and reason. We will respond within 24 hours confirming where to send your order to.

Please note that as a small business, we do not cover postage costs to return an item and recommend that you send it tracked and signed for. We do not take any responsibility for a return until it has been signed for and received to our Warehouse address, which will be given to you via email.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund as well as any discounts used from the full order amount.
